NFL teams announce inactives about 90 minutes before kickoff, which is exactly when you are at a birthday party, on a flight, or asleep before a London game. Autosub watches the leagues you pick during that window. When a starter is ruled out, it puts your best available bench player in his place, in every league he starts in.

Keep the tab open. Autosub runs inside QuickManager on your computer, so it only works while that tab is open, and phones are not supported. If it was not running when a game kicked off, it tells you the next time you open it. Autosub is part of Pro.

Setup

QuickManager uses the Sleeper session you already have. There is no account to create and no password to give anyone.

On a computer

Chrome, Edge, Brave and Firefox

  1. Add QuickManager from the Chrome Web Store or Firefox store.
  2. Open sleeper.com in any tab and sign in as usual.
  3. Click the QuickManager icon. It connects and loads your leagues.

iPhone and iPad

Through the Orion browser, not Safari

  1. Install Orion, then add QuickManager inside it.
  2. Open sleeper.com in Orion, sign in, and turn on Request Desktop Website from the page menu.
  3. Let the page reload. A floating button turns blue once your session is picked up.

Android

Through a browser that supports Chrome extensions

  1. Install a Chromium browser that lists Chrome extension support, then add QuickManager.
  2. Open sleeper.com, sign in, and turn on Request Desktop Site if your session is not picked up.
  3. Open QuickManager from the toolbar.
Stuck on a phone? Tap the floating Copy Token button on the Sleeper page, then paste it into QuickManager's Paste Bearer Token box. That works even when connecting automatically does not.
FAQ

Good questions.

Does autosub keep working if I close the tab?

No. Autosub runs inside the QuickManager tab on your computer. If you close the tab, shut the laptop or quit the browser, it stops. The next time you open QuickManager it tells you how long it was not running.

Can autosub mess up my lineup?

Start in Log only and it changes nothing. It just shows you what it would have done. In Approval mode nothing happens until you say so. In Away Mode it acts only on a starter who is ruled out or has no game, or on an empty slot, and only with a player whose game has not started. The optimizer option that lets it chase upgrades is off unless you turn it on.

Does autosub work on my phone?

No. Phone browsers pause tabs in the background, so autosub cannot be trusted there. Use it on a computer that stays on.

Is my Sleeper login safe?

Yes. Your login token is read and stored only in your browser. It never leaves your device, and QuickManager has no server that could see it.

Why isn't my lineup change showing up?

Click Refresh Rosters, then run the optimizer again. Lineups are set per week, so check that the week you picked matches the week you edited.

Do you support IDP leagues?

Yes. Defensive players (DL, LB and DB) are ranked and optimized like everyone else, using Sleeper's IDP projections and your league's own IDP scoring.

Is this affiliated with Sleeper?

No. QuickManager is an independent tool that works with your existing Sleeper account. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Sleeper.

How do I cancel Pro?

Open QuickManager and use the account link next to your Pro badge. Payments are handled by ExtensionPay and Stripe, and you are never charged without a renewal notice first.

What we do and don't collect.

QuickManager ("the extension") is a browser extension that helps you manage your Sleeper fantasy football leagues.

Data we access

  • Your Sleeper authentication token and account ID. These are read from your browser so the extension can act within your own logged in Sleeper session, and so it can confirm that the username you enter matches the account you are signed in as. Both are stored only on your device and are never sent to us or to any third party.
  • Your Sleeper league, roster and player data. This is read directly from Sleeper's servers by your browser and used only to show and act on your leagues. It is not collected or stored anywhere other than your device.

    What acting on your leagues means. When you use a feature that changes something, the extension sends that request to Sleeper using your own logged in session, the same as if you had clicked the button on Sleeper's own site or app. This includes setting lineups, submitting or editing waiver claims, proposing, countering or changing trades, moving players to or from IR or the taxi squad, and dropping players. Nothing happens automatically unless you turn on autosub, described below. Every other action is one you start yourself.

    Autosub. If you switch autosub on, the extension checks the leagues you choose while QuickManager is open. Depending on the mode you pick, it either records the lineup and IR changes it would make, waits for your approval, or makes those changes in those leagues without a click from you. It uses the same logged in session and the same kind of requests as any other change, and it keeps a record of every change on your device. It can drop a player only if you have marked that player as droppable in advance. Autosub never runs unless you turn it on, and you can turn it off at any time.

    Sending a message for you. When you propose or counter a trade, you can tick a box to also send the other manager a Sleeper direct message with the trade attached. This only happens if you tick that box for that trade. It is never sent automatically, and the extension does not read, store or otherwise access your Sleeper messages beyond delivering that one message.

  • Preferences and a cached player list. These are stored on your device so the extension runs quickly.

Data we do not collect

We do not run a server that receives your data. We do not collect, sell or share your personal information, browsing history or Sleeper credentials.

Payments

Optional Pro upgrades are processed by ExtensionPay using Stripe. Your email and payment details are handled by ExtensionPay and Stripe under their own privacy policies. The extension only checks whether your account has an active pass.

Third parties

The extension communicates only with Sleeper (sleeper.com and api.sleeper.app) and, for payment status, ExtensionPay (extensionpay.com).
